Hot Water System

Hotels, hospitals, schools, and other large commercial facilities require hot water systems that can handle high demand fluctuations while maintaining stable outlet temperature and reliable operation. We provide three types of heat exchange solutions for different hot water system requirements: plate heat exchangers, heat transfer compact unit, and calorifiers.

Plate heat exchangers transfer heat through corrugated plates and are suitable for instant heating applications where installation space is limited. They are commonly used for water-to-water or low-pressure steam-to-water heat exchange systems, with separate fluid circuits and efficient heat transfer performance. Heat transfer compact unit units integrate the heat exchanger, circulation pumps, control valves, sensors, and electrical control systems into a complete skid-mounted solution. The integrated structure simplifies installation and commissioning, while the automatic control system regulates water temperature according to demand. Calorifiers combine heat exchange and hot water storage in a single unit. The built-in heat exchanger transfers heat into the stored water volume, which acts as a buffer during peak usage periods such as morning and evening demand peaks. Its large storage capacity helps maintain stable hot water supply and reduces the impact of sudden load changes.
