Swimming Pool

Swimming pools, water parks, and spa facilities require reliable temperature control systems to maintain comfortable water conditions throughout continuous circulation and treatment processes. Due to the use of chlorine-based disinfection, pool water can create highly corrosive conditions for conventional metal materials. We offer titanium plate heat exchangers for swimming pool applications, providing excellent corrosion resistance in high-chloride environments.

Plate heat exchangers transfer heat between the heating medium, such as boiler hot water or heat pump water, and pool water through corrugated plates in a counterflow arrangement. Their high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure make them suitable for large-flow, low-temperature-difference pool circulation systems, especially where installation space is limited. Heat transfer compact unit units integrate plate heat exchangers, circulation pumps, temperature control valves, sensors, and PLC control cabinets into a complete skid-mounted system. After connection to external piping and power supply, the system can automatically regulate the heating medium flow according to return water temperature to maintain stable pool temperature. Calorifiers are mainly used for supporting hot water systems in water parks and swimming facilities. The large storage capacity provides additional hot water capacity during peak visitor periods and supports stable hot water supply for shower and bathing applications.
