Enamel Coated Tank
The enamel coated tank is a hot water storage tank with an integrated coil heat exchanger that uses high-quality steel plates as the inner tank structure. The steel surface undergoes automated treatment before a layer of enamel coating is applied and fused onto the steel through high-temperature firing at approximately 800°C–900°C.
The resulting glass-like enamel layer combines the mechanical strength of steel with excellent corrosion resistance. This structure provides reliable pressure resistance while maintaining long-term protection for hot water storage applications.
- High-Performance Insulation: The tank follows DS469 insulation requirements to reduce heat loss and improve thermal storage efficiency.
- Reliable Corrosion Protection: Standard sacrificial anodes provide additional internal corrosion protection. The anti-corrosion design complies with DIN 4753-3 requirements.
- Strong and Stable Structure: The steel-based construction provides high impact resistance and structural stability.
- Modular Installation Design: Standard tank sections can be assembled on site according to project requirements.
- Safe Water Quality Protection: Enamel is an inorganic material with stable chemical properties after firing. The coating does not release harmful substances into the water and supports safe hot water storage.
