Central air conditioning and heating systems in office buildings require reliable heat transfer solutions that support stable operation, efficient energy management, and flexible system configuration. In high-rise office buildings, plate heat exchangers are commonly used for hydraulic separation and pressure zoning between different sections of the water system. This helps protect chillers and terminal units from excessive static pressure in tall buildings. During transitional seasons, plate heat exchangers can also connect with cooling towers to support direct cooling operation and reduce reliance on mechanical refrigeration. Heat transfer compact unit units integrate heat exchangers, pumps, frequency converters, control valves, sensors, and electrical cabinets into a complete skid-mounted system. After delivery to the building plant room, the unit requires only external pipe connections and power supply before commissioning. The built-in PLC control system can also connect with building automation systems (BA/BMS) for automatic operation and monitoring. For winter heating systems, calorifiers provide thermal storage capacity to handle high heating demand during periods such as morning start-up. The stored hot water acts as a thermal buffer that reduces sudden load changes on boilers and improves system stability. The large flow area inside the heat exchanger structure also provides reliable operation under demanding water quality conditions.
