Semi-Storage Calorifier, Semi-Storage Water Heater

The semi-storage calorifier combines the high heat transfer efficiency of a plate heat exchanger with the high temperature and pressure resistance, as well as thermal storage capability, of a traditional storage heat exchanger. It is widely used in domestic hot water systems, HVAC systems, and industrial heating applications, and is particularly suitable for projects that require stable hot water temperature and large-volume hot water supply during peak demand periods.

High-temperature heating media enters the built-in plate heat exchanger inside the semi-storage calorifier. The efficient plate heat transfer structure rapidly heats the incoming cold water with a low temperature difference. The heated water is then stored inside the insulated tank, which offers 100% utilization of the storage volume. During periods of high demand, such as morning and evening peak usage, the stored hot water is supplied directly to the system to maintain a stable temperature and continuous hot water output.

This operating mode of semi-storage calorifier combines instantaneous heat exchange with thermal storage capacity, which helps the system handle fluctuating hot water demand with stable and reliable performance.

Features
